A: Valid ID, Proof of income, Move in Fee (prorated rent, application fee, deposit)
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: The deposit is the same amount as the weekly rent rate
Q: Are couples allowed?
A: Yes, there is an additional $10 added to the rent
Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
A: Square, Cashapp, direct deposit, cash (Cash must be deposited at disclosed location provided in your lease)
Q: Do you do immediate move ins?
A: Yes, as long as you have the Move in requirements
Q: Are properties smoke free?
A: We have properties that smoking is permitting and others that are smoke free.
Q: When is rent due?
A: Every Friday
Q: Can I make payment arrangements?
A: Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, if you pay monthly you received $20 off and any months with 5 weeks in them are FREE
Q: What's included in the unit?
A: Electric, WiFi, all utilities, furniture, free use of the washer and dryer
Q: How much notice do I need to give to move out?
A: 7 days
Q: How long is the lease?
A: Minimum 8 weeks

A: Yes, there is a $25 move out fee
